A Yoga Essentials class seeks to introduce students to safe, powerful, and transformative methods for practicing hatha yoga. Inspired by Anusara, Vinyasa, and Iyengar lineages, Chris blends these styles to create a passionate learning environment for new, burgeoning and advanced yogis to grow. In Yoga Essentials you will learn integratively through applications that inspire the physical body, the philosophical mind and the passionate heart.
Yoga Essentials (Level I/II): Ideal for the newest students. Class is moderately paced to focus highly on alignment and learning the basics.
Yoga with Heart (Level I/II or II/II): Inspired by Chris’s studies in Anusara Yoga, the method that transformed his own practice. This class builds upon the inherent strength of a your own heart to uncover the vast possibilities within. Challenge yourself by working at your edge and transform potential into reality. Fun, Fun, Fun!
Hot Flow (All Levels): Instill balance and focus, cleanse your system, and deepen flexibility with this Vinyasa-inspired practice in high heat and humidity. We integrate more breath and flowing movement than traditional hot yoga. The perfect blend of Hot and Vinyasa yoga. Be prepared to sweat!
